- An open executive client–the coachee–who is determined and wants to improve.
- The coach, who provides the framework, defines the necessary steps and supports the coachee throughout their journey.
- Mutual acceptance and sympathy, or, as we say, good chemistry between the coachee and the coach.
- Unwavering trust, that we must build at the beginning of the process. All information in the process is classified.
Beyond the above we are professionals who have faced and experienced various business issues and situations. We are aware of the challenges and difficulties leaders are facing in their daily life.
